Awesome experience working with Eric and his crew at HD to get an upgraded stereo in my older (but new to me) Dodge Caravan. I only wish I would’ve done it sooner! Now spoiled, I can’t listen to music anywhere else but in the van. It sounds so good. They were very helpful picking out the right equipment. I didn’t expect the sub woofers (one underneath each front seat) to make such a difference but now I can’t live without them. Very glad I didn’t go to that big box store to get it done. I’m very pleased to support a local business here in Kent, Ohio.

I've bought multiple items from this store and have had them installed, from a remote start, to speakers, to an amplifier, etc, haven't had any issues, and they installed it well, friendly too, Erick called me to ensure my appointment time, overall I'd say to disregard the negative reviews as they seem to be from issues caused by the customers in question, not the employees of HD Audio. Would definitely recommend for anyone in the NE Ohio area who want to have aftermarket auto products installed.

Fantastic experience as always here. I’ve had 2 systems installed in 2 different cars by them. Every time it’s always great. And if you want something changed, they’re always happy to help. They do great work, much better than any other car audio place I’ve been too.

I had an excellent experience with HD Audio. They installed two subs and all 4 speakers in my truck, and months later the system still sounds amazing. The installation was super clean with no wires showing, giving everything a very professional / factory look. The customer service was outstanding they took the time to explain everything to me in detail and made sure I was comfortable with the setup. I highly recommend HD Audio for anyone looking for quality work and great service

Great service. Had a tricky install. They did great job! Very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent choice to have your audio done. I was having problems with the sound on my old Ford radio. They helped me with new stero advice. Now I have great sound system at reasonable price. Thanks Eric and great crew!
